Nobel biocare

PDS Dental Laboratory has led the way in providing Nobel Procera Crowns. PDS is now on its third generation of Nobel scanners, after investing in continuous updates, improvements and developments in technology.

TBR

PDS Dental Laboratory is one of only a handful of laboratories that is able to provide the TBR implant components.

TBR uses a unique hybrid titanium and zirconia technology to create dental implants that produce Ostero and Period integration.

Astra

PDS Dental Laboratory offers Astra Atlantis abutments. These are CAD-CAM designed and can be produced in titanium, zirconia and gold hue titanium.

They cover a broad selection of implant platforms.

Playsafe mouthguards

A tough elastic thermoforming material formulated for the construction of Custom Made Sports Mouthguards

Each striped Mouthguard can incorporate up to five colours. The sports player can therefore co-ordinate the colour of their new Mouthguards with that of their team colours.

Our delivery service has been devised after many years experience of knowing what the dental practitioner needs, allowing everybody at PDS to undertake the work expertly and efficiently.

Van delivery is available to Yorkshire, Humberside, Tyne & Wear and London everyday.
PDS also offers a free of charge postal service (pre-paid labels are provided)
