Name: Brendan Hudson

Position: Lab Owner - Private Implant / Denture Technician

Job History: A registered technician, he attended Kitson College in 1987, and the proud owner of PDS Dental Laboratory, founded in 1991, which has grown in capacity of 52 staff. Brendan has won many awards throughout the years including Dental Technician of the year 2004 and Dental Laboratory of the year 2005.

Personal Life / Enjoyments: Brendan is divorced with two children Oliver 20 and Steph 18 He lives in Eldwick with his three Dogs Cane Corso’s Max, Louis and Tia.Whenever he gets chance Brendan enjoys socialising, going to the gym, shooting, skiing, Family meals out, and holidays.

Name: Tara Davies

Position: Office Manager

Job History: Tara joined PDS in 2001 as a personal assistant to Brendan to ensure the smooth running of the administration and accounts side of the laboratory.

Personal Life / Enjoyments: Tara got married in Las Vegas in 2009. She and her husband, Carl, went on their honeymoon to Hawaii.

Tara’s favourite ways to spend her time are eating nice meals, drinking wine and going shoe shopping.

Name: Lisa Johnson

Position: Manager Ceramic Department

Job History: Lisa joined PDS in 2005. Prior to this, she was Chief Ceramist, specialising in veneers and all ceramic restorations, at a large private lab, where she worked for 17 years. She studied and qualified at Leeds Dental Hospital.

Personal Life / Enjoyments: Lisa is married.

Lisa’s favourite ways to spend her time are seeing live bands and watching sports, including football, rugby league and boxing.

Name: Rachel Mcavan

Position: Marketing Manager

Job History: Rachel joined PDS in January 2009 to manage the marketing and promotional aspects of the business. Prior to this, she worked for lifestyle magazines, and Royal Bank of Scotland, where she worked for seven years.

Personal Life / Enjoyments: Rachel has three teenagers, who she says keep her very busy and very skint.

Rachel’s favourite ways to spend her time are being with friends and family, keeping fit, horse riding and swimming.

Name: June Scott

Position: Accounts Administrator

Job History: June has been with PDS for five years. Prior to this, she was a Director’s Assistant/Shareholder for 14 years, working at a computer software company.

Personal Life / Enjoyments: June spends her free time raising money for charities, including Bradford’s Marie Curie Hospice and Cancer Research.

June’s favourite ways to spend her time are travelling, especially to see her friends in New York and Switzerland, and working out on the Wii Fit.

She is also writing a historic novel, which she is determined to finish one day and become the next J K Rowling.
